Pfeiffer Pfilms and Meg Movies is a site dedicated to the actresses Michelle Pfeiffer and Meg Ryan.
I’m a fan of all kinds of cinema whether it be a film from the era of classic Hollywood, a western or an obscure 1970′s road movie, but since the late 1980s the films of Michelle and Meg have been very special to me.
The happiest years of my life ran parallel to the peak years of their careers, so it’s nice to be able to pay a small tribute to these two incredible actresses and the memories they’ve provided.
Pfeiffer Pfilms and Meg movies don’t contain CGI, 3D or any special effects. Just intelligent scripts, wonderful acting and unforgettable characters.
I hope some of you care about them as much as I do.

Perfect, you’ve left me speechless ..and yes Michelle is the true meaning of perfection and we hope for one last (or more) great role …I just wanted to say that I’m a 19 years old girl and I never searched for older movies before Michelle’s, like I’ve seen almost every movie that she was in and I searched movies from ‘88 like 5 years before I was born like ‘Married to the Mob…’ and I truly enjoyed every second of watching her …and yet yeees she’s the greatest actress that ever existed and the true definition of beauty.
And thanks for this wonderful site!
Hello Herlina, it’s always nice to hear from a fellow Pfeiffer pfan.
You’re right about Michelle. As well as being a fantastic actress, she is one classy lady who has never put a foot wrong in her 30 year career.
Thanks for the blog. It feels good to know there are people who appreciate intelligent, meaningful and great-acting movies nowadays. It feels better to know people love Meg Ryan as much or more than I do. No one else in my circle understands my crazy obsession with this lady. The majority of people at my age (as far as I know) don’t even KNOW of her. Kind of sad, really!
You’re welcome Trang, it’s always a pleasure to hear from a fan of Meg.
I’m one of the old school fans, from the days before When Harry Met Sally, and although it is kind of sad that Meg’s glory days are over, we’re lucky she’s left a legacy of so many great films to enjoy.
Thanks for the visit, I hope you’ll stop by again!
Wow! you are the first person I’ve met who likes Meg as much as I do.
I’ve searched and watched most of her works, from the early part in Innerspace, to the height of her career with When Harry Met Sally, When a Man Loves a Woman, Courage Under Fire, etc. coming to the (seemingly) recent (very unpopular) part like My Mom’s New boyfriend. I can totally understand your fascination with her. There’s just something so compelling in every part she did. Her recent works just doesn’t feel like Meg-Ryan any more. I don’t know, I’m kinda mourning for the loss of her brilliance. I wish I were there at the peak of her career so I’d be able to look forward to every movie she did and savour them. I discovered her too late and then I discovered her downfall too quickly.
Paul,
It’s freaky to find you, I will probably be ripping your site off regularly. I am new to Blogs and understand content specific to you should be “linked”……I have only done this once.
Thanks for your one stop Meg / Michelle shrine, hope you don’t mind our using her for a very dark role.
RidicuRyder
I don’t mind at all.
Nice to hear from you!
Will be back….are you in touch with Michelle or Meg from time to time?
Happy 2013, Paul! It was wonderful to hear from you. I will definitely be stopping by now that I’m settled. Love the recent posts!
Welcome B.C.
I know Meg and Michelle are not to your cinematic taste, and I know you’re happier sharing our mutual admiration for films like Big Wednesday and Vanishing Point over at O.M.F.B.C.
But, for better or worse, this place is my niche, and I like it.
I’ll see you around my friend!
I’m a fan of Pfeiffer and need to be a little more educated in Ryan’s career – this seems like a pretty good site to fill that need!
Welcome Mr Rumsey.
Thanks for the follow but I should warn you that new posts on here are about as frequent as a new Meg Ryan movie.
Anyway, I’ll head over and have a browse through your site.
Haha, thanks!
Thanks for your comment friend… please do venture into instagram land… it is quite fun and so easy … hope to see you there soon.
I will maintain the blog with updates on the store… and a new website up soon… hope this finds you well…
I’m fine thank you Pam. I will keep an eye on your site and I’ll look into keeping in touch via Instagram.
Take care my friend.
Watching Michelle Pfeiffer doing press for “Dark Shadows” last year it was hard to believe that she’s in her mid 50′s. She’s still gorgeous.
I was crushing on her big time in the late 80′s and early 90′s. There are so many movies I saw her in and loved, everything from “Married to the Mob” to “Dangerous Liaisons” to “Fabulous Baker Boys” to “Batman Returns”. She was great in all of them. I think she probably made some bad choices in the films she made after the early 90′s, except for a few, but she’s still a great actress and a knockout.
